SpriT Frontyard - Sprint Trail Frontyard Torup 2025 Bokskogen premiere A fast course in a new area that allows you to run your personal best and perhaps witness a SpriT Frontyard world record! A slightly technical trail at the beginning and a nice 250m hill after 600m. Bokskogen at its best!!! If you want to test your ability to combine your speed and your running strategy, then this is definitely the right competition for you! The lap is 1 km (Light Trail) and you should run it as many times as you can or until the clock stops you! Course layout 2025: Explore SpriT Frontyard Torup - 2025 | AllTrails For the first lap, you have 10 minutes Second lap 9'40'' Third 9'20'' ... Will anyone be able to run 21K?
